When working primarily with nervous and reactive dogs it’s not always easy to get the most perfect looking groom, some dogs are scared of the dryer and may be a little damp, some dogs hate the bath and owners have to prebath them the night before for me so we can concentrate on the groom, some dogs are frightened of the clippers so we have to gently trim all over the best we can.

Some dogs just dislike grooming period and whats important is that we make them as comfortable as possible 🩷 I would rather take the time to desensitise the dog to my handling than force them through an extensive grooming process. 🩷

Little Buddy, Teddy and Arlo! Teddy the Shihtzu has come such a long way from when I first started grooming him, he was so nervous and reactive but over time he is slowly beginning to trust and he’s being such a good little lad 🥹

We really did attempt to get them all looking at once but as you can imagine, it’s a lot to ask of four dogs 😂😂😂 but they did their best!
