Daniel is a long snooted boy who has a pesky skin condition called pemphigus foliaceus. To diagnose this, we needed to carry out biopsies and send away the tissue to an external lab for assessment.
He's on the right course of meds now, and his skin is looking better and better each time we see him.
He's a handsome chap with a cheeky smile 😃

There's a change coming to dog boosters across the country 🐕

Our dog boosters are currently made up of 2 different components; DHP and Lepto2 💉

Lepto2 has been *discontinued*.

Due to this change we will now be switching to Lepto4 which covers for 2 extra strains of Lepto.
There is no alternative vaccine for dogs 🙅🏻‍♀️.

What this means for your dog, for their next booster ONLY:

💉 Adult boosters - must come back for a 2nd injection EXACTLY 4 weeks from the time of the 1st

🐕 Puppies - same as above
+ If they have already had a 1st injection of Lepto2, they will need a 3rd injection EXACTLY 4 weeks after their second

After they have had the 'top-up', they will go back to 1 injection per year

Please bear this timescale in mind when booking your 1st appointment and be sure you have availability exactly 4 weeks later ⏰

Bambi getting cuddles after her 1st vaccination with our wonderful 3rd year Student Vet Nurse Mel.
Mel has made a big move from a local referral centre to work with us and we are so lucky to have her.
Vet nurses do so many jobs throughout the practice and are the lifeblood that ensures everything runs smoothly every single day.

If you have purchased this supplement from Amazon, or any other unofficial seller, please check the packaging very carefully and speak to YuMOVE UK if you are concerned.

This is an extremely good reminder that if you are using any sort of pet product, medicine or supplement, it is very important you buy it from your vet, a UK based and VMD registered online pharmacy (look for the VMD emblem on the website) or from the company directly.

Counterfeit products crop up regularly and while many simply don’t work, others have the potential to do great harm.
