Opening hours for arrivals and collections are:

Monday to Saturday 9am -11am or 4.30pm-6pm

Sunday 10am or 5pm

Outside of these times must be arranged prior to arrival.

Visits are by appointment only prior to any stay

Due to the increasing prices we have had to make the decision to increase our prices from January 2024.

New prices are:

1 cat £9.00 per day

1 dog £14.50 per day.

We will obviously still have the discounted prices for 2nd pet sharing a chalet or kennel.

Anyone bringing their pets in on either 5th or 6th July our side of Burrowmoor Road will be closed for road works. The diversion will send you to knights end road you will then need to turn left after the patio centre down Cross Road. If anyone is not sure where to go please call Mark so he can direct you. Many thanks

Please be assured if you do book your pet in for a holiday and the rules change, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
