Bit of a moan I’m afraid….if you’ve reserved your space for your dog to be groomed with me, please don’t just not turn up. Just a message or quick call to say you can no longer make it is the polite thing to do.
I’ve had so many ‘no shows’ lately that are affecting my availability for other customers and resulting in me losing my income. My system sends an email to everyone the day before the appointment as a reminder so there really is no excuse (unless it’s an absolute emergency).
I’m a small business and I simply cannot continue with the lack of courtesy, therefore, anyone that does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of what the groom would have been. It’s in my terms and conditions. No further appointments will be made until the payment has been received.
Rant over..where’s the wine 😊

Stanley is only 7 months old and has been a bit of a challenge to groom. After a few visits to gain his trust and build his confidence and advice given to his owners who have worked very hard with him, I was so pleased to be able to get to the stage where he could have his first trim 🤩🐾🥳
