🐾 over 4kgs in weight
🐾 fully vaccinated
🐾 not travelled out of the UK
🐾 good health and no ongoing medications
🐾 1-7 years old

We took in another baby gull this morning from Thanet Vets s/he is settling in well, has already huddle up to the other two babies, who have been very accepting and is taking food 🥰

If anyone has any cat food that they would be willing to kindly donate to these little gulls we would be incredibly grateful 🙏🏻

We are pleased to say that the new home we viewed for our bonded budgies passed with flying colours!!
They moved in there and then 😍 they have the most amazing opportunity to thrive, I couldn’t have found a better home.

We picked up these two stunning birds, a bonded pair of budgerigars 🥹

We have had them chirping away in our living room for some time, they were picked up due to kitten having a new idea of what’s on the menu 😬
They settled in nicely and have been an absolute pleasure to have but it’s time for new adventures.

Today is a big day 😍 we’re off to view their potential new home in Rochester 🥰

We had a little rescue mission the week.
I received a call from Thanet Vets close to 7pm on Tuesday evening, I thought it may be another hedgehog but to my surprise they’d had a call about a lovely little corn snake that was found in someone’s flat, in a shoe of all things 😂

After quite a stressful ordeal for the young man trying to get this little snake into a suitable box, it was very quickly brought to us here at ESR, we gave a quick health check so to not cause too much extra stress, the snake was in good condition, no redness to the throat, no bubbling and thankfully no cuts or abrasions so we popped it into a viv on a low temp setting. Due to being unsure of how long the snake had been out for it was best to bring the temperature up slowly so not to cause any problems.

Poor little thing felt like a pebble, it was ever so cold!
Much to our surprise we managed to find the owner within less than 24 hours!!

Quite an exciting adventure for our little slithery friend but a happy ending!

Now in a travel tub on the way home 😍 hopefully you will stay there this time, little Houdini
