We have had a lot of no shows or last minute calls as short as 5 minutes before appointment. Texts and/or emails are sent out a week and 24hours before appointments. We have so many people wanting appointments but we are unable to give them because of the lack of communication and notice. A minimum of 48hours notice is required. Please call or text us on 07540600880 if you need to cancel or reschedule.

🐕 Thinking about getting a dog?

Sadly, there has been a rise across the country in the number of dogs that are abandoned. Our dog warden is responsible for picking up strays. If we cannot contact their owners, we take them to kennels where they stay until they can be rehomed.

To help reduce the length of time a dog spends waiting for a forever home, we’re trialling a referral scheme with the kennels we work with.

👉 If you’re thinking about getting a dog, register with us. If we identify a dog that matches your preferences, we’ll connect you with the kennels to explore options. It could mean a dog has a new home and you have a new companion!
