Hey Parker’s pooches!
Just a few things I wanted to remind my clients of im sorry to be a pain but the girls on a few accounts have received not very kind verbal comments regarding our policies.

I just want to remind everyone of the policy you would have received when booking into Parker’s pooches. We check your pooches before grooming them and if we find fleas unfortunately we have to send them home and charge a 50% fee, I don’t want to do this however I don’t want other pooches catching them or contaminating the salon. I have bills and staff to still pay and a loss of earnings for that space. It’s really not nice for the girls to be sworn at or be mad with, they are only doing their job.

Also If you needed to cancel your appointment we require 48 hours notice. If you cancel the day before or on the day we will have to charge a 50% cancelation fee aswell for loss of earnings and it’s to short notice to fill the space.

Also could I please ask my clients if your pooches go for a toliet outside to pick it up, you can put it in our bin and we can also supply p**p bags.

I don’t like to write these serious posts but I feel it’s happened a few to many times and it’s not fair we are just trying to protect all pooches that enter Parker’s pooches ❤️
