MAX IS HOME SAFE 💙

Max update Day 5 🐕
We know the area where Max is staying. It is a relatively safe area and will remain so if he isn't disturbed.
Cameras and trap are in location.
We have lots of footage of Max on camera and have been able to study it in depth.
Max is a complex case and extremely sensitive to his surroundings, he's constantly on alert and any subtle changes and he bolts, examples we have witnessed include house window lights coming on, curtains being opened, a car door or front door being opened, even from a distance, hearing any talking or even the TV and passing cars.
His behaviour yesterday and into the early hours was causing us alot of concern.
His reaction to the trap being in place and his food station being moved, just a couple of metres all added to his erratic behaviour, it was also noticed that despite most dogs returning home when lost and entering an open door, in Maxs case the open door was adding to his anxieties. He will not walk through the open door that he has been provided with.
The door was closed and his behaviour continued to be monitored into the early hours of this morning.
He spent alot of time in the area and at the trap and he's even entered it and had a good feed but not enough to trap him, he is still extremely wary of his surroundings and constantly checking for movement and change, always ready to run.
PLEASE! PLEASE if you are in the area, if you know, you will know where that is, it won't be made public, PLEASE IGNORE HIM! No sudden movements if seen, please refrain from opening front doors to check on him, or windows, the slightest movement, noise or change and he's off again!
