Spinney View Farm Livery is a professional family livery yard, for all aspects of horse management. Based in Hallaton, near Market Harborough, Leicestershire, the newly established facility is beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standard. Set amongst 60 acres of pasture, located on the South Leicestershire / Rutland border which offers stunning views over the Welland Valley and per

fectly positioned within a network of local bridleways, convenient for the Fernie Hunt country and close to the Cottesmore, Quorn and Woodland Pytchley country. It is also, ideally situated for easy access to the A47, A14, M11, M1 and M6. Spinney View Farm Livery offers a menu of livery options depending on your requirements and budget : Part, Full, Hunter and Competition Livery; and summer 24/7 grass turnout. We have applied ourselves over the last few years to create a dynamic livery yard which boasts some of the best facilities in the area. We pride ourselves on providing all the services you would expect of a 5 star livery yard. You will find our team, helpful, approachable and friendly. We can guarantee your horse will receive first class care each and every day, tailored specifically to their needs. What we offer:

· Modern large integral stables with high quality rubber matting and automatic drinkers

· Covered Claydon Five Horse Walker

· Indoor solarium with a hot water wash area

· Clean central heated secure tack room with laundry, tea and coffee facilities

· All year turnout with over 60 acres of top quality and well maintained pasture land

· All paddocks have well maintained electric fencing, water troughs, and gate

· Well maintained grass gallops / canter track

· A variety Cross Country Schooling jumps and obstacles from 65cm to 90m

· New 50 x 25 all weather, flood -lit arena

· Easy access to a network of local bridleways

· Home grown Hay and Haylage

· Owner living on site

· CCTV installed throughout, enabling continuous monitoring of the horses

· High level turnout for hunting/competition days

· Worming Programme

· Onsite farrier 1 day per week

· Routine monitoring and maintenance of horse comfort and welfare
