Yet again we've been let down only this time with no notice at all.. so we have available a large family kennel from today through to the 20th August..
If you don't need your booking please have the courtesy to let us know so we can offer others the opportunity.

If anyone needs a short notice kennel space we now have 2 available kennels from today through to the 4th Aug and 1 till the 8th..

We are now having to make a few changes to the way we deal with bookings going forward.
Summer holidays bank holidays and all other school holidays inc Christmas and New year are very busy times for kennels..
We have had to turn away many customers for July and August and just this week we are now taking a hit with last minute cancellations which we can't afford to loose the money this brings in.
So any new bookings will now be subject to a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking if cancelled within 7 days of the stay. You will have 24 hours to make payment to confirm your booking no payment no booking.
It's a shame we now have to do this but we've had to turn away many of our regular customers this summer to have people cancel a weeks stay with less than 24 hours notice. We've always been very easy going with this in the past but unfortunately in this current climate we just can't afford too.
