A service to celebrate the magnificent life of and say farewell to Charlene Twisk nee Cooke will be held at St Katharines Church Savernake Forest on Friday 1st November at 1pm, afterwards at the White Hart Burbage. Dress code and general theme - All Things Bright and Beautiful. All Creatures Great and Small are also welcome although not actually inside the church... Lucy Megan Tess and I will be very pleased to welcome any friends and family who can make it. Flowers welcome, and/or donations to support St Katharines Church and Wiltshire Air Ambulance. Today we met up with our daughter Lucy and our grand-dogs Bear Labrador and Teddy Sheba Inu. Milo Labrador and Angus Visla were just as happy to see her as we were 😊

Why you should always always check the pockets of anything you are planning to give to charity... £75.75 (the coppers are actually euros) and a front door key! Also (but not in the photo) the enormous quantity of unused dog poo bags and treats that anyone with dogs in their life will be constantly removing from pockets before putting trousers etc in the wash 😂

EDIT Update she's safely home! Pauline has asked me to say thank you so much for all the messages and support.
My friend Pauline has asked me to spread the word about her dog Daisy who has disappeared in Savernake. Pauline doesn't do FB. Her number is 07899 007069. She's currently staying by her car, very close to where Daisy was last seen about three hours ago, Ashlade Firs road. Any sightings or news please call or text Pauline. I will be unable to respond to anything after 8pm. I'm about to post this in Doglost Wiltshire too but feel free to share around other local groups.
