After completing the Manchester 10k last year and raising £1000 for Hearing Dogs for Deaf in a moment of madness I foolishly signed up to the half marathon this year ……after a hiatus from running I am now back pounding the streets of Marple in an attempt to complete the half marathon in just 11 weeks (yikes)

I will be raising money for two charities this year - Hearing Dogs for the Deaf who I have now worked along side for 10 years and I will also be supporting Alzheimer’s Research Uk who I know many of my clients and friends have family suffering or have lost them to this awful disease
