Keeping our fur babies warm and cosy with it getting colder, you may be putting on a little jumper or having their coats a little longer for the winter months, sometimes this can create matting, rubs and sores, especially around the belly, chest and armpits. Check these areas regularly to keep your pups comfy and snug 😁 hope you had a lovely weekend 🐾

⭐️ NAIL TRIMS ⭐️

On the 1st Friday of each month, next nail clinic is Friday 1st November,
Washawoofa is open for nail trims,
From 11.00am to 2.00pm
NO APPOINTMENT needed,
£10 per dog!
Nail clipping is one of the most unappreciated aspects of dog grooming. Long nails are not only unsightly, but they are also harmful and uncomfortable for your pet. Without regular clipping, long nails cause your dog to walk on the sides of their paws. Left untreated, this can lead to arthritis and even bone deformations. In more extreme cases, some dog’s nails can grow around and into the footpads, causing severe pain and discomfort. To avoid long-term harm, it is essential to maintain your dog’s nails at the proper natural length, no matter how tough they are.
When your dog is standing on a hard flat surface their nails should NOT touch the ground, if they do they are too long and causing discomfort to your dog.

Couldn’t be more proud of these 4 today 😃 they all had their teeth cleaned for the 1st time as well as their groom and they were just perfect 🤩 🦷 🐾

Summer is definitely over, not that it really arrived and mud season is back! But a muddy dog is a happy dog, and going by the bath I’ve had a lot of happy dogs 🤣🤣 🐾

Slightly shorter week as I took my beautiful fur babies off to the beach 🏖️ but I was still lovely to see these guys and give them a pamper 😃

What an awful couple of weeks! I know for some much worse than others, but its lovely to see people coming together and helping each other out ☺️
These guys certainly had lots of fun making the most of the bad weather by the colour of the water in the bathtub 🐾🤣🐾
