Pet, horse, poultry and bird feeds & bedding. Quality hay & straw We stock a range of quality feeds to suit each animals need and each owners budget.

We are a family owned and run business that has been serving the community since 1989 (There are some customers that have been with us all those years!.) Originally started as a farm feeds store in the redundant pig pens we have now developed into a more pet / horse related business. We try to provide a more personal service than the large retail outlets, helping customers chose what suits them &

their animal best. Our offers are often better than some of the big multinationals. The many wholesalers we use have a large range of products so if there is a specific item you require we can usually get it for you within a week. We are big enough to cope but small enough to care. We look forward to being of service to you and your animals.

Christmas is sneaking up on us! Here are our opening times. As you can see we are open on Monday 23rd and Xmas eve until 4pm. Then open again on Sat 28th until 4pm.After that we are not open again until Monday 6th January Hope you all have a fabulous Xmas break. Thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all in a hopefully drier, sunnier 2025!

Please do not come for large quantities of hay as we can not open the roller shutter door due to the wind direction.

Just had these these Swallows fledge today. A bit late but hopefully we will have a nice September so they can fatten up for their long journey to the sun!
Talking of sun. We will be closed Sunday 29th September, opening again on 8th October. Sorry for any inconvenience.

EXCITING NEWS!!!! The swallows have made it back to the farm. This is one of last years nests as they were fledging. Hope there will be many more this year!

Quick update on the roads around Coat at 8.30am
Kingsbury to Coat Clear
Martock to Coat on Coat Road Clear
Stapleton Cross to Coat water at bridge passable with caution
Lambrook to Coat via Hawthorne Hill still a lot of water 4X4 and risk takers only!!
