Thank you all for messages it’s put a smile back on to my face.

A little update I had my surgery this morning and it took a little longer, but manged to do it keyhole so hopefully recovery time won’t be as long!

I’m still currently admitted in at Kingsmill Hopsital, with a drain, still in a lot of pain.

I just can’t wait to be home with my fur babies (and partner of course 😂) in my own bed where I can rest up!

I’ll try and keep you all updated the best I can. Thank you all so much for being so understanding.

I’ll be in contact with all affected appointments over the next few days but have made contingency plans with other groomers who are able to squeeze some of your dogs in before Christmas!

The salon is currently closed.

Unfortunately I have been admitted into hospital overnight with appendicitis and am awaiting emergency surgery.

I will be contacting people whose appointments need to be rescheduled, if your appointment can be pushed to the new year that would help me out millions!

I will try and keep you all updated and hopefully I’ll be back in the salon soon, but for once I’m putting my own health first.

The phone signal inside the hospital isn’t great so please contact me via WhatsApp or social media.

✨ A Little December Reminder ✨

📖 December is a super busy month in the salon, and I’m fully booked! To help everything run smoothly, please arrive on time to your appointment — no more than 5 minutes early unless we’ve arranged otherwise.

⏰ If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately need to be cancelled and the missed appointment fee will apply.

📱When you receive the usual collection message, please make sure to pick up your fur baby/babies promptly so we can keep the salon calm and running on schedule.

💰 If possible, please consider paying by cash or bank transfer. My card machine fees have recently increased, and it’s had quite an impact on the business.

🐶 In December alone I have over 80 to groom so please bear with me when responding to messages ect. Once I leave the salon my phone will be switched off so I can get some much needed rest.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, kindness, and continued support—especially during the festive rush!
