Calling equestrians in Glossop, Belper and Ilkeston! Please comment on the Derbyshire County Council consultation on Active Travel in your area. Horses are NOT mentioned so we need to send a clear message that equestrians use active travel too. Paths could be essential off-road links between bridleways and byways so should include horses. Water can be a life line for a Hedgehog or any wildlife.
PLEASE KEEP your bowls topped up daily with clean fresh water in clean bowls as to their food.
Hogs pass on parasites via their food that has faeces and wee on,so chuck away any uneaten food and bin it,always put down washed clean bowls.
If you using feeders make sure the newspaper is replaced daily with clean paper.
HOGS can not forage this hot weather the ground is too hard,and their water sources are drying up,and these little babies being found have no chance trying to fend for themselves.
Help keep our hedgehogs hydrated,because without it our hogs are dying from being so dehydrated,emaciated and already into organ failure when found,with awful amounts of parasites.
JUST A SHALLOW BOWL OF WATER WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
YOU WATER YOUR PLANTS TO MAKE THEM GROW AND SURVIVE
THEN GIVE WATER TO OUR WILDLIFE AND HELP THEM DO THE SAME.
