This little girl has been a nightmare to feed 🤦🏻‍♀️ she’s had one assist feed and just seems generally uninterested in eating.

It occurred to me that she might need a little more in her tub to make her feel more secure, since she’s a bit smaller than her sister. So I’ve added in a coconut shell hide and another artificial plant to see if this gets us any further.

Hoping this helps her feel more secure and she feels ready to eat on her own come the next feed on the 30th for them both🤞🏻

Loki seems to be getting darker in some parts, still grumpy until he comes out, then he’s a sweetheart.

Finally settled on a name for this girl - Calypso✨

She is the first of the two to shed out, i can’t get over how absolutely stunning she is!🥵😍

Now that she’s shed, and I can get a better look at her, I’m confident that she’s a Leopard frost, pastel and enchi, however, I’m not 100% on.

I’ve sexed both hatchlings, and both seem to be female. However I will be double checking once they have a little more weight to them, just to be sure☺️.

They are the last two survivors from the four. I’m gutted about losing the other two, but i’m just grateful this pair made it, and seem to be doing really well, so far🤞🏻

First hatchling - I suspect is an Enchi, pastel, frost 50% het hypo, poss het clown.

Second hatchling - I suspect this one is a Leopard, enchi, pastel, frost, 50% het hypo, poss het clown.

I could be wrong here 🤷🏻‍♀️ but will be able to get a better idea once they’ve shed out…but both gorgeous animals regardless😍

Just to wait on them both shedding out now, second hatchling will be staying 🐍

🐍Clutch update🐍

I decided on day 60 to cut the eggs a little, from what I could see, everything looked great, no issues.

There had been a slight temp drop during incubation, i’m assuming that this is what caused them to be a little bit smaller than expected and delayed their growth slightly.

One of the four was a little smaller than the rest, and didn’t seem to be absorbing much of any of the yolk like the others. I kept an eye on it and was just hoping for the best.. however, I unfortunately lost it.

The other three are doing well, looking healthy and absorbing their yolks. I’m just giving them the extra time they need to get themselves ready to crawl out.

This is now day 63, and they’re starting to poke their heads out. I can’t see them taking too much longer to crawl out, however health comes first, and as long as they are healthy, that’s all that matters to me🖤

Apologies for being so quiet, but I’m back with some fantastic news -

🎉Ivy has laid her first ever clutch!🎉

Eggs are in the incubator, and I can already tell this is going to be a loooong 60 days 😅.

I’m absolutely over the moon, all good veins, and nice healthy eggs. Ivy is doing great, all cleaned and back into a squeaky clean tub, will be offering her food tonight👍🏻

Pairing was: (Venom) -
Frost, 100% het Ghost, 66% het clown male.

(Ivy) - Enchi, leopard, pastel, 50% poss het clown.

Loki!🐍

Been making some really good progress with this boy lately, he had a little bit of an attitude and anytime i picked him up he would get hissy, not want to be touched and puff at me. As of now I’m able to pick him up without a single hiss or any fuss & he will even make his way over to me on his own.
