Stretching can benefit your horse in a number of ways. We met up with Gill Griffiths Vet Physio to learn about basic stretches you can do with your horses at home, of course with some extra encouragement from Likit! 😋

Stretching helps to improve a number of things including:
✨ Flexibility
✨ Suppleness
✨ General Well-being
✨ Prevent Injury

Using a Little Likit by hand can encourage your horse to stretch round and stay in the desired position for a minimum of 10 seconds. For best results you should do these basic stretches with your horse every other day, when their muscles are warm.

Make sure to do your stretches evenly on both sides of your horse.
