For your attention - Changes to payment methods in the salon.

Unfortunately we’ve been having some technical issues with the telephone line and we’ll no longer have a landline into the salon which means I will no longer have a card machine. Payments will be able to be made via bank transfer (which I will provide the details for) or cash, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In lieu of my recently health issues regards to my back I am unable to maintain working at the level I have been, therefore at this moment in time I’m reducing down to working; Monday - Wednesday (9am - 5pm).

Unfortunately this means I will not be able to fulfill the demand of accommodating you all, I apologize for the inconvenience this will cause and I’ll directly contact you if this affects your appointment.

Hi everyone, thought I’d update you on how I’m doing, I was beginning to make progress last week and feeling better, however after returning to work for a couple of days I’m now struggling in pain again, obviously I’ve pushed myself too much, too soon unfortunately and I’m having to take more time off this week. I wanted to say thank you to you all again for your understanding. In the mean time here’s a picture of this cheeky chappy!! X x X

A quick little update; Unfortunately today the GP has advised a minimum of 2-3 weeks rest hopefully for my back to heal.

Hi, I wanted to let you know, unfortunately last week whilst lifting a dog I damaged a vertebra in my lower back, which is now causing me a lot of discomfort, and I’m going to need a short time to recover. Sadly this means I’m currently unable to carry out any grooming, however over the course of the next week with the help of my beautiful family under my guidance we are able to still offer dog washes. Those of you that have appointments currently booked I’ll be in-touch with. Thank you to everyone for your kind words of support, this really means a lot to me. I’m hoping I’ll soon be on the mend and back on my feet. Much love, Laura x X x

A few more days left to go in the salon before I wrap up for Christmas, and I can’t believe how quickly this year has flown past!! This old chap came for his first groom with me today and I’m so proud of him I could cry, it had been a while since his last appointment and he isn’t very tolerant of anything around his face, but with being super super gentle and sending him lots of love he’s let me get his knots off ✂️ 🐶 💕
