🌍 Guess where in the world this gorgeous girl comes from ?? 🤷‍♀️

If I tell you she is a (failed!) reindeer- herding dog that might give up a clue 🤔.

Give up ? She hails from the tundra of Norway. She understands Sami, the language of the region. Fortunately for us, she has a few words of English 😂

Her failure in reindeer-herding is nothing to do with her ability - she’s the wrong colour ! Very difficult to see in the snowy, icey tundra.

She has come to Woozelbears for help with her return to an active life, after cruciate ligament surgery in her knee.

This week, Charlotte delivered a brilliant seminar on Canine Hydrotherapy at the YuMOVE Roadshow, sharing her knowledge with veterinary professionals from all over! 🐾

It was a fantastic opportunity to highlight how hydrotherapy can support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance the wellbeing of our canine companions.

Thanks to YuMOVE for bringing everyone together for such an inspiring and educational event!

🚨 After just 4 sessions over the space of two weeks, Cassie’s scarring is significantly reduced! 😯
🐶 Cassie underwent a very heavy surgery which left her leg with a large incision site. Her owners were quick to jump onto an alternative therapy while she waited to be allowed back in the water 💦 They have used laser treatment which not only helps to deliver a fresh supply of nutrients and oxygen to the incision site and muscles underneath 💪 but also helps to reduce internal and external scarring, it accelerates the normal healing time and helps to reduce pain and swelling 😁

🐾 I don’t know about you guys but we surely think her leg looks much better! 🐾

💪 Winnie definitely takes our heart this week. She has been on a long hard road while rehabbing from having IVDD. For anyone who knows what this is, knows that the progress can slow and painful ☹️ Winnie’s owners have never gave up hope and have always been happy with even the smallest amount of progression 😌

🐶 Hers and her owners dedication to her condition and rehab are the sole reason she has made as much progress as she has. She has been attending for a long time and only recently she has started to take her first, unaided steps! This is amazing news and we couldn’t be any happier for her owners 🥰

🐾 Keep standing strong with your pups even in the face of defeat. Progression and improvement will come. Patience is 100% with it ❤️

💦 She has responded amazingly to hydrotherapy (once she’s in the water anyways 😆) to help get her back to the young, sprightly self she was before her injury 🥰
