Jessica Davies at Equestrian Heights Jessica has a BDCC Level 2 Qualification, training riders to Prix St George level. British Eventing to 3* level & ROR Champion.

She has ridden to Grand Prix level, winning 7 Regional Titles, 4 Area Festival Titles & top 10 placings at Nationals. Our luxurious yard is ideally situated to access numerous high profile event locations as well as providing a truly happy environment for both horse and owner. Owners can enjoy watching their horses develop and achieve their full potential using our excellent facilities and dedicated team of staff.

Chard Premier League with Dinky coming a super 6th in the Inter II , less then 1% away from the winner! In a huge class with top horses, he did a beautiful test for me! If he could walk for more than 4s (expensive when it’s double marks) he really would be up at the top! Bring on tomorrow’s Grad Prix Freestyle 🦄🩵🦄

Super consistent Golden Girl in her first ever Premier League! 66%, 67.8% & 68% in the Prix St George & Inter I, coming 4th & 6th! Also getting our PB at this level 🦄

Putting demons to bed today! A trip to our lovely local venue to have another go at the Grad Prix, and this time I remembered the test and actually road the test! It’s getting better every time we go through the test in public 😂 thank you for the kick up the bum in the warm up, was definitely needed! And thank you Dinky, through all your faults you are the first one that has made the Grand Prix dream come true 🩵

Really enjoyed a few days away at Myerscough High Profile Show! Dinky was brilliant but unfortunately I let the atmosphere of doing my first Grad Prix at a High Profile show get me, when I went down the center line, my mind went blank and I went wrong 3 times in the trot tour 🙈 gutted to have let Dinky down. But the highlights were the Piaffe, Passage, 1s and 2s! The hard bit were great and got lovely comments and great scores from the judges. I have definitely learnt a lot and LOVE Dinky for helping me out when I froze! LOTS to work on before the next one, but loving the journey of learning how to ride the GP test like I can do at home! 👌 😎

What a back drop for tonight lesson! Stunning views and picture perfect Vivo in the golden hour sunset! With lighter evenings I have limited availability for afternoon/ evening coaching away from home to local yards. My next travelling availability is: 5th and 10th March.

So very proud of super star pupil, .eq for winning 🥇 the Area Festival Advanced Medium Silver class and getting her ticket to the NATIONAL CHAMPS! She has put a lot of hard work into her riding and this is a very well earned result for her and Eclipse! 🦄

We are heading off to the British Dressage Regional Championships, with these two beautiful horses! I don’t have huge expectations this year, Berry is, obviously perfect, but is very green at this level and I’m so impressed with how she has stepped up, I’m just looking for a confident test from her. And Nemo, is still on the life experience of just behaving (in any form!) at stay away shows. If he could do half the work he does at home he would be in the top few, the best ones are often quirky! But they are also worth the wait! Excited for a few days away at the first big show of the season with good friends and of course the three best dogs ever!

Confidence building outing for Nemo, arena hire and he was foot perfect, really listened and relaxed. Building up his experience working away from home. Hopefully this has given his some extra confidence before British Dressage Regionals this week!

British Dressage Regional Championship! An amazing few days away, despite the weather, I have never been so cold in my entire life! But the horses were great! Berry exceeded all expectations by Winning 🥇🥇 both the Prix St George & the Inter I championship titles, she really is the Golden Girl 🦄 Nemo also showed improvement, much calmer staying away and really settled in the stable. He gave me a great ride in the Medium Freestyle for 10th place, unfortunately the tension got to him too much for the second test, but baby steps forward for this talented but quirky boy! Day 3 at Sparsholt Celebration of Dressage, such beautiful weather to ride and watch such beautiful horses! Video of our full Freestyle test today and Nemo was super to score an amazing 75% in the Medium Gold Freestyle and 69% in the straight to come 🥈🥈 in both tests, just behind the awesome Fever Tree so I’m very pleased with that result! Penny & Eclipse pulled off another lovely clean test for 🥈 with 70% in the Advanced Medium Freestyle, with only two days to put together a floor plan and music I think they have done extremely well this weekend! Sophie & Lucy did their best test of the weekend to finish on a high with 🥇 and 72% in the Elementary Freestyle! I sent her the floor plan two weeks before the competition and my only suggestion was to make it fun like it is to ride Dinky, and Sophie produced from scratch, this awesome music that fits perfectly and finished in time for me to practice!
