👋 Today, we are delighted to introduce you to Suzanne Bendall, also known as Suzy.

Suzy joined our team in 2015, driven by her passion for arthritis management. Inspired by her Springer Spaniel, who battled arthritis from a young age, Suzy aimed to dedicate her career to enhancing the lives of pets (and their owners) with arthritis.

She has embraced the learning opportunities within our rehabilitation department, honing her skills in musculoskeletal ultrasound and exploring the innovative field of regenerative medicine. Suzy is also trained in acupuncture.

😺 She is a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady and hopes to extend our regenerative medicine services to more feline companions and dreams of a regenerative medicine department overflowing with whiskered wonders. 💭😻

When Suzy isn't at work, you can find her whipping up delicious treats,🧁 working out in the gym, 🏃‍♀️ and exploring the enchanting Scottish Borders - a sweet escape from her Glasgow roots.

👋 Today, we are pleased to introduce Clare Brown, one of our exceptional Regenerative Medicine Nurses, who became a part of our Greenside family in October 2017. Initially starting in our primary care team, Clare has recently transitioned to our Regenerative team.

Clare's greatest interests in Veterinary Medicine lie in orthopaedics and diagnostics, particularly radiography, which motivated her decision to move teams. Having experienced regenerative medicine with her own dog through our team, Clare can empathise with pet owners on this journey.

Outside of work, Clare is kept very busy. She has two children, a cat called Mable, 😺 whom she adopted as a stray kitten in her first week at our practice, three Guinea Pigs, 🐹🐹🐹 and her latest addition, beautiful Daisy, a yellow Labrador puppy. 🐕

👋 Today, we are thrilled to introduce you to Aimee our Clinical Nursing Manager.

Aimee has always had a passion for animals and immersed herself in anything related to them while growing up. Her journey began with volunteering at the donkey sanctuary as soon as she was of age. Every Sunday, she dedicated her time to this cause until she left for college to pursue a career in veterinary nursing. 🐴💚

Starting with an NC in Animal Care, Aimee furthered her studies at Edinburgh’s Telford College in Preliminary Veterinary Nursing and completed her Level 3 Diploma. During her training, she gained valuable experience at Glasgow’s Small Animal Veterinary Hospital. 🏥

🎓After successfully completing her exams, Aimee joined our team in 2013, where she found fulfilment in all her tasks. With the increasing demand for regenerative medicine, Aimee played a pivotal role in the growth and organisation of our new facility and services.

Aimee thrives in all aspects of veterinary nursing, with a particular focus on diagnostics, patient care, and supporting clients through regenerative medicine procedures. She is currently working towards her Advanced Veterinary Nursing Certificate at the University of Glasgow.

Aimee finds joy in baking and taking her dog, Scout, 🐶 for walks in the scenic Scottish Borders when she's not working.

We approach patient care holistically... 🥰

Our focus goes beyond just treating symptoms; we strive to understand every single one of our patient's unique circumstances, including their lifestyle, emotional well-being, and environmental factors.

By examining our patients completely, our goal is to reveal the root causes of their health issues rather than just managing surface symptoms, which enables us to create customised treatment plans that not only alleviate symptoms but also promote lasting health and wellness.

Its main objective is to restore, replace, or regenerate cells, tissues, or organs to restore normal function. By targeting the root cause, regenerative medicine aims to provide long-term solutions rather than just addressing symptoms.
