I thought I would post these for anyone who might need them. Feel free to screen-shot & Share Far and Wide.

Some are for Veterans, others like SHOUT & Samaritans are generic.

I’ve been involved with Su***de prevention and Intervention since 2011. It’s never too early to help someone with suicidal thoughts, but sadly sometimes it’s too late.

Check on your friends & family.
Ask them how they are and really listen to their answer.

And remember, if someone answers they’re “fine”, the chances are they aren’t really.

Make them a Brew and listen to them.
Just knowing someone is there and actually cares is half the battle.

It really can work wonders…
