On this Armistice Day, we at Armatus Canine pause to honour the sacrifices of those who served and continue to serve, both two-legged and four.

Today, we remember the courage and dedication of our Armed Forces and their canine companions who have stood side by side with their handlers, selflessly protecting and saving lives.

As a veteran-owned business, Remembrance Day holds a special place in our hearts. We know firsthand the bond between a handler and their dog, as well as the loss of not only those dogs but friends, family and colleagues.

Let us remember and honour those who never returned home and those who continue to serve.

To the veterans, the serving personnel, and the working dogs past and present - thank you for your service and your sacrifice.

Lest we forget.

💥Massive Congratulations to Nadia!!💥

Nadia is now OFFICIALLY a NASDU approved trainer and instructor, after passing her formal assessment on Monday with flying colours!

With great experience in Protection dogs (both handling and decoying) and working for many years with a variety of detection dogs (both handling operationally and training), she is now training and instructing students in General Purpose security, Drugs detection and Pyrotechnics detection.

We are super proud of all the hard work she has put in in order to become an instructor and We're excited to have her at the forefront of not only behaviour and companion dog training but now also working dogs too!
..and to that end, we have added availability for working dog training and assessments 🥳

Sorry we’ve been so quiet!

But Jazz and Nadia are away in the Czech Republic and they have some wicked news to share with you all!

Jazz & Venom competed in the GlobalRing world championship today and took a super respectable 5th place for the UK!

We couldn’t be more proud for them, all the hard work has paid off and now they’re stepping up to category 2 for the new season next year!

Congratulations Team Venom, here’s to the 2025 season 💪 Enjoy the long trip home and Venom can enjoy his latest competition teddy!

We promise that the girls will catch up on the messages and emails as soon as they’re back in the country Monday afternoon!

✨Big News✨

Jazz & Venom have done it!!

🌍 They’re off to the World Championships!

Jazz, Nadia & Ryan will be headed across to the Czech Republic NEXT WEEK to compete and represent the UK 🙌

We’re so very proud of all these guys have achieved so far, the whole team have worked so hard to prep Jazz & Venom and we look forward to continuing to support their journey onto the higher categories.

As you can probably imagine, next week (29th Sept - 7th Oct) the training team may be a little quiet, Chris will be holding down the fort but please bare with them through this exciting and very busy week!

To follow their journey to the championships, keep an eye on our Instagram and we hope you’ll all join us in cheering on the team on 5th October!

What an incredible day at the Armatus Canine Training Centre for our first-ever Online Portal Member’s Day! 🐾 It was so great to finally see everyone in person, watch our members connect, strengthening our amazing and ever-growing community - and of course work together to train some amazing dogs. 🐕

The conversations were rich, the discussions insightful, and the energy was fantastic. 🙌

We’re already looking forward to the next time we can all gather again. Until then, keep up the great work with your dogs! 🐶💪
