Recently I have experienced an increase in the number of no-shows, cancellations and people running late to appointments.
This ultimately costs me a lot of money and has a knock on effect to my day, sometimes my week when I am trying to fit everybody in and not disappoint anyone.

MOVING FORWARDS…
👇 From today, any appointments made following a cancellation or a no-show will require a 50% payment upon booking to secure the appointment!
❌ No-Shows - there will only be one second chance

I appreciate things happen, traffic & roadworks, parking, just general life can mean you face hurdles attending/remembering your appointment, but I remember your dog, so please remember me 😊
