💥POLITE NOTICE 💥Within the last few days we sadly have have had 3 no shows!
We have turned down paying customers who wanted appointments to which we had to say we had no availability
We understand that things may crop up at last minute, especially with the recent weather & we always try to work with you to accommodate appointments, but all it takes is a simple phone call or message so that it can be offered to someone else!
We are so sorry but due to the impact this has on us we will now be removing anyone that doesn't show for their appointment without notification from our books

I'm so sorry we have to put this in place but we really do
have to draw the line somewhere, especially if arranged for double appointments ,as a small family business this affects us massively, let alone us feeling bad that we have to turn clients down, These appointments could have been given to other clients that have been desperate to book in with us , one simple call, message or any courtesy of communication costs everyone so much time & inconvenience.
We feel we are friendly & understanding enough to know that if circumstances change then we can always rearrange to help & accommodate, it's just so sad that we have people waiting & have had to say no when we could've accommodated them & their babies needs
I'm going to finish on a good note so you all feel our love
For those that work with us to give your babies the absolute best they deserve

This is my beautiful Darla , although she's been groomed regular from a puppy by our very own certified amazing stylist jenny I'm sure everyone may have heard how vocal she is when she comes to work with mummy for her groom 💖 Every baby is treated like our own when they visit us

When they love a facial massage & feel so relaxed No matter how big or small your baby's love being pampered , & We love seeing them enjoying their time with us 😘

A big happy 1st birthday to beautiful boy Mylo He's just so beautiful in every way, we had such a fun time when he came in for his regular groom 😘

Gorgous boy Marley had such a sad chapter in his life before he was rescued to his ever loving home, his mummy worked with us & explained all his issues & brought him into salon prior she really didnt think he would be able to experience a luxury bath & conditioning coat treatment that he so very much deserved due to previous traumas especially around his throat area & water! Everything was done in marleys time at marleys pace & sometimes its so hard to hold the tears in we managed to capture a short video to show his mummy of how brave he was he was so so happy Well done you sweet, sweet boy ✨️✨️✨️💙😘
