My poor girls shouldn't be subjected to this, if you are not happy ,please don't ask to rebook back in for another appointment then slander us allover Facebook we are a small family run buisness with highest reputation ,
We love & care for every baby that walks through our doors
If your baby is badly matted we always discuss this prior to your groom , ask if your happy afterwards
Please dont come swearing at them afterwards, they do their best to work with you to make sure your baby is happy & groomed with the highest standard of care & maintenance
We really do value your custom & support & although sad we are not the right groomer for you & your precious baby's ❤️

This is the finished groom of the clients beautiful baby
Due to lots of matting which was discussed prior with the the client before his groom which meant he needed to be much shorter around his ears !

Here's what we carnt seem to understand is why ask to rebook your baby back in for a next appointment if your not happy ?

💔💔💔 I have recieved messages that we may have been purposely targeted & this has happened before 💔💔💔

My lovely , Most genuine kind hearted groomers have been left absolutely heartbroken by this & our buisness & reputations probably now been damaged but we just want to say Thank you, Thank You & more Thank yous for the amount of support we have recieved , even from other groomers , it means the absolute world to us 😘

We will continue doing what we do best for your precious baby's ❤️🐕

Boring post I know but such an important one & probably heard me say it so many times !
Please please book your baby's in Advance We really feel bad when we have no availability for 3-4 weeks & now operate a cancellation waiting list but its difficult to accommodate if we are fully booked. We do value your custom & support & appreciate we couldn't do it without you lovely people but carnt stress enough that our diary fills up very fast now & we do try to make it easy to book in so many ways
We don't want you to feel disappointed & our priorities are your baby's so please work with us to help you avoid disappointment 😘🐕

Please remember mummy & daddy's your baby's grooms may take a little longer than usual, due to the warm weather , we do like to encourage them to take time out from the dryers, walk around between their grooms & have a drink, to make them feel happy & comfortable as possible ❤️💙 🐕

Just a few of your beautiful bow wows who we get the privilege to spend time with, sing to , cuddle & groom , please please book your babys appointment well In advance to avoid any delays or disappointment , we do try to accommodate to suit everyone but due to all the reccomendations we are just so busy & if there are no appointments left we are really really sorry. We have been told so many times you have found the best groomer in us & we are really worth waiting for . So Today we had a lovely 1st visit for Miley, Miley's mummy explained she doesn't like noise , so we waved bye bye to mummy & had a little play to help reassure that she was in a safe environment, we had lots of cuddles to reassure her she was in the kindest of hands, oh she gives the best cuddles, after her luxury bath it was clear that she wasn't a fan of wanting to get on the table, , so we stopped, came down to her & did what we needed to do to make sure she felt completely comfortable with us & at ease! I decided to video her for the purpose of reassurance for mummy, because it was her first visit with us but i just wanted to show how she was after! No filters have been used just the sound of the dryer has been muted We do our absolute best for your baby's when they're in our care & I don't want to blow my own trumpet but I'm so proud of our girls & we really do have the best with the most genuine kindest hands & hearts Thank you to Miley's mum for allowing me to share this short video Thank you Miley for melting our hearts you are absolutely beautiful😘

Monty, Monty, Monty ! you beautiful boy, he was so relaxed when he came for a luxury bath, he was falling asleep , We had so many kisses & cuddles we carnt wait to see you again 😘
