Amazon Counterfeit Product Warning
Last updated: Mon 11th Nov 24 09:00

A number of unauthorised third-party sellers of counterfeit YuMOVE Senior joint products have been identified on Amazon.

As a precaution, all YuMOVE products sold by third-party sellers have been recalled and refunded by Amazon. This is because, at present, the authenticity of any products sold by third-party sellers cannot be verified. We continue to work with Amazon and Trading Standards – the relevant regulatory authority – on this matter.

The counterfeit products and their sellers are in no way connected to Lintbells/YuMOVE. While the products may look very similar to YuMOVE – copying details on both boxes and tablet blister packs – they have not been produced by our manufacturers or checked by our quality team.

Please be reassured that all YuMOVE products purchased directly from yumove.co.uk, your vet, and from our retail partners are genuine and have passed our rigorous quality checks.

Genuine YuMOVE products are also available on Amazon, however, this can only be guaranteed on orders that are dispatched from and sold by Amazon.

If you’ve recently bought products from a third-party seller, Amazon should have contacted you directly.

Our Customer Care Team can be contacted by email at [email protected] to provide further support and information and as always, we encourage you to contact your vet if you are concerned about your pet’s health.

Pet wellbeing is our number one priority, and we work hard to ensure our ingredients and products are subjected to rigorous safety checks and tests to uphold our high-quality standards and to safeguard pet health.

Bracken has had training for his first ever trip on a bus today with Maria and me as a trainer with Dog A.I.D. (Assistance In Disability). Stagecoach North East were very helpful and brought a bus out to us to do the training after Maria reached out to them to ask if they could help.
A few more trips and hopefully Bracken will get used to the feeling of the bus moving but overall today went really well.

Loose lead walking in the sunshine at My Happy Hounds

10/09/2024

‼️ANOUNCEMENT‼️We are delighted to let you know that Canine physiotherapy appointments are now available with Gina Cook Veterinary Physiotherapy at My Happy Hounds!

Gina is a qualified Veterinary Physiotherapy with a BSc (degree) in Veterinary Physiotherapy, she is registered with IRVAP and is fully insured.

Unsure what Physiotherapy is and why it might benefit your dog? There are many reasons why you may want to bring your dog for a physiotherapy appointment:

Maintenance care: Whether your dog is purely a pet or is a working dog maintenance sessions allow me to pick up on areas that may be painful and treat them before they become a big problem, these sessions are also great for identifying weaknesses that we can improve to reduce risk of injury. These sessions are primarily manual therapy sessions with massage and are relaxing sessions to help your dog unwind from the aches and pains of being an active dog

Injury/MSK rehabilitation - has your dog just been diagnosed with an injury or condition? Whether its pre/post surgery for an acute injury like cruciate damage, or working towards managing an ongoing conditions such as lumbosacral disease or luxating patella. Physiotherapy can help manage the compensation pain that comes with these conditions, as well as using mobilisations and electrophysical agents to reduce pain and inflammation. Exercises will also be prescribed to help maintain and improve strength and mobility to maintain comfort.

Sporting dogs- assessment and treatment of sporting dogs help again to identify areas of weakness, areas of pain to be managed to prevent serious injuries, we also look at conditioning exercises focused on the type of sport that your dog competes in.
