✨HONEY✨ This gorgeous girl has joined us for weekly pack walks. She had her first walk yesterday and was such a good girl! We’ve had Honey in the training hub for some help with reactivity around strangers and working on her recall in areas with lots of distractions. We’ll be working on building Honey’s confidence and trust of others whilst socialising her with other dogs. We did some recall work out on the fields yesterday around lots of distractions and she smashed it!🦆🐇🧡

✨HENRY & WILLOW✨ We had these two gorgeous pups in for 1:1 training this morning and they both smashed it! We worked on loose lead walking and how to tackle lead reactivity. Both pups responded really well to the methods we implemented, and I’m looking forward to seeing them again in 4 weeks🫶🏻

✨RUBY✨ I grew up with a Labrador and he was my absolute world. There’s so much I love and admire about the breed and it’s an absolute pleasure to be able to regularly work with them. Whilst I’m now a Spaniel convert🫢, there’s a special place in my heart for these big softies! Ruby is an absolute gem and will be staying with us for an extended period of time whilst her parents explore the other side of the world. We can’t wait to share our home with this special girl🧡

✨RALPHIE✨ Another fantastic 1:1 session with Ralphie! We worked on lead handling, heel walking and managing his reactivity. We even managed to start some desensitisation work using Wilma and he smashed it! Well done Ralphie!💙

✨MABEL✨Let’s talk puppies! Mabel was a puppy when she first joined SPP. I’ve watched her grow both in confidence and size, and I just love the bond we have🤎. There are some other members of the SPP family who were pups when they started and are now approaching their 1st birthday! I can’t believe how fast the months are flying by😌. It’s a pleasure working with such beautiful pups - bring on the adolescent phase🤪

✨NEW CLIENTS - BRUCIE & LUNA✨ These two gorgeous pups have joined the SPP family and will be out on pack walks from next week! They’re both full of love and energy and I can’t wait for them to meet to other dogs🐶. I have a feeling they’re going to be very popular😉

✨SPP TRAINING HUB✨I’m very excited to reveal our new SPP training hub🐕‍🦺. Whilst most training takes place outside, we felt it was important to have a dedicated indoor space for training as we move into winter. This will allow me work through the fundamentals with clients and their pups in a safe and comfortable environment, without having to rely so much on good weather! We’ll be opening the hub next week and welcoming its first clients - Willow & Henry! The diary for 1:1 sessions is filling up, so if this is something you’ve been considering, please get in touch to reserve a slot. The walls will soon be filled with pictures of existing clients and their success stories, plus some pictures of our weekly walkers📸. It’s a work in progress but something I’m really grateful to be able to share🫶🏻. Ps - thanks Pol for being a DIY goddess!❤️

✨SPP OFF-ROAD ADVENTURES✨ Our first adventure was a success! The pups were amazing and despite us having to change our route due to the weather conditions, we had a blast! More pictures and videos will follow tomorrow but for now, here’s some snapshots 📸❤️

✨ TRAINING UPDATE - LUNA✨ I just wanted to say a massive well done to Luna and her owners!! Luna is just under 6 months old and after completing the SPP Puppy Package, she is now off lead and recall trained 👏. She has done so well and I’m really happy with the progress that she’s making. Going forward, Luna will be continuing to practice heel work and getting used to being off lead in different environments. Today she had her first off lead pack walk and smashed it 👏. Well done Luna🧡✨

✨NEW CLIENTS - BODHI, WINNIE & POPPY✨ We’ve been onboarding some new clients this week so there’s been some changes in packs / timings. I just want to say a big thank you for your patience☺️. Introducing new dogs takes time and it’s important it’s done properly so every pup has the best chance of settling into their new pack🫶🏻. Bodhi and Winnie will now be joining us for pack walks 🐕‍🦺. Poppy is with us for some puppy training first to help build her confidence before she joins a pack. All 3 were fantastic and are beautiful additions to the SPP family🤍. I also wanted to say a big well done to Bramble as he’s now moved from solo walks to pack walks and is smashing it!! He’s socialising really well with other dogs and set a great example for the new arrivals yesterday - well done Bramble💙🐾

✨TRAINING UPDATE✨ I’m very excited to announce that I am now a fully qualified Will Atherton Accredited Dog Trainer and Canine Behaviourist 🐕‍🦺. It’s been a busy 6 months filled with lots of new knowledge and experiences. I’m so grateful for all of the clients who have already given me the opportunity to put my skills into practice and further embed my knowledge and understanding. This is only the start of my journey and I’m looking forward to learning more and getting the opportunity to work with a variety of different dogs. Without being too soppy, I could not have done it without the support from Polly who plays a big role behind the scenes at SPP❤️ Going forward, I’ll be taking on new training clients so please get in touch if you’re in need of some additional support! I’m in the process of building my website and will share it once it’s live. You’ll be able to spot some familiar SPP faces and see general information about services and upcoming events🐾

With commitment from his owners, pack walks and 1:1 training sessions, Deebo was recal trained in less than 2 months. After being told previously it was unlikely Deebo would ever be allowed off lead, i’m really proud of this one. He no longer sits and watches the other off lead dogs, instead he’s now off lead and exploring on every walk.
