Hi everyone, just a quick post to ask everyone who has an appointment booked in with us to please try to give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Not doing so is costly to the business. As much as I love, live and breath dog grooming and enjoy making your pets look beautiful, this is not a hobby for me, it’s my livelihood, and how I pay my bills and take care of my family.
I understand sometimes giving notice isn’t possible, but if you can, please do so, at least then I can try to fill the space.
We’ve had a lot of no show appointments and late cancellations over the past couple of weeks and for a small business like mine, this can be financially worrying and frustrating.
I don’t often moan on our social media, and I do hope you all understand
