🚧 Roadworks Alert – Plan Ahead! 🚧

Concrete repair works will begin at the Occupation Road underpass from 30th June (subject to prior works being completed), lasting up to 4 weeks.

🚦 What to expect:

The road will remain open – Priority Lane Traffic Management will be in place.

Site crews have been instructed to ensure access at all times.

Please still allow extra travel time to avoid delays and make sure you’re on time for your riding lessons 🐴

🧘‍♂️🐴 Yoga with Shetland Ponies🐴🧘‍♂️

Kismet Yoga will be running a session here at Eston Equitation Centre. The session will focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and stamina. It will include gentle poses and breathing techniques.

The Shetland Ponies will be available to interact with during the session and aid relaxation. Ponies are sensitive to energy and can hear the human heartbeat. It is possible to sync the human heartbeat with a pony's. This means that we have lower heart rates and are calmer in their presence.

This event is non-ridden. It is suitable for riders and also non-riders who want to spend time relaxing around the ponies while exercising. No previous Yoga or riding experience required. The event will take place outdoors unless weather is unsuitable and will then take pplace in our indoor arena. Open to existing and new customers. Minimum age 8 years. Photos can be taken with the ponies after Yoga. No spectators will be permitted. Places will be limited. Please send a message to book. Full payment required at the time of booking.

River Sunshine was a much-loved horse who spent her days here at EEC many years ago. In her memory, her owner generously donated this trophy — now a treasured part of our Pony Club 5‑Day Summer Rally tradition.

Each year, the River Sunshine Trophy is awarded to a rider who stands out not just for their performance, but for their spirit. It's a meaningful symbol of dedication, skill, and horsemanship.

🏆 What is it?
A perpetual trophy presented annually to a Rally participant who shines through exceptional riding, sportsmanship, and pony care throughout the event.

✨ Why it matters:
• Honours excellence across all Rally activities — riding, stable management, and teamwork
• Reflects the core Pony Club values: Togetherness, Empathy, Respect and Learning
