Workshop engineer - working in a busy workshop from doing services to major strip downs.

Workshop labourer -working in a busy workshop helping out and keeping the yard and workshop tidy and safe (over 25 for insurance reasons)

As you can see from the photo the Hinowa 23m has an awesome outreach restricted weight at 12m not much that can compete in that at just over 3t !

Currently needing two access platforms one articulated and one straight stick.

They need to be to be able to reach a loler standard but cheap enough to throw into a shot blast shed so nothing with ropes either please.

Well we failed on completing the Genie Z80 in time for the weekend as expected.

The hydraulic motor had blown up on tested so we kinda (stupidly) guessed this would have been the issue and it was a damage motor.

Roll on a new motor fitted now the wheel is solid press the disconnect cap in and it drives on three wheels beautifully.

Stripped down the internally brake and apart from the excessive use of lock tight can anyone see the issue, I’m on the fence to if this the “actual” issue….. more to follow.

Got to love half a story and a auction machine, done some research and this has been an issue with this wheel since 2018 (the machine is a 2017)

The team are on fire this week a slew bearing done on this Nifty 120T for Braddan Plant Hire today.

Hopefully a z80 completed tomorrow and to pull the booms out of a Genie sx180 out on Monday, it’s all set to pulled apart just need a few more team members in the workshop instead of on site.

With a team of 8 members we are finally making waves forwards within the workshop and attending sites within a day or two instead of a week lead time.
