As we approach our 8th year we need more staff, we have recently spent £1000s on overhead cranes and workshop equipment but without the staff in place it’s just an expensive toy / ornament.

We currently have two guys in workshop full time with me and James helping out when we can this isn’t enough and we need to grow inline with the work load.

So if you would like to come and work for an independent company then we could have a position for you.

Mobile access engineer - van, fuel card, diagnostic equipment £30k-40k a year depending on qualifications.
Cap card preferred but not essential

Workshop engineer - £30k- £35k
Working in the workshop carrying out major repairs and helping the company to grow to out next stage.

Workshop labourer -£25k -£30k
Keeping the workshop and tools in a tidy manner and helping the workshop guys when required.
Full training will be given to allow the individual to get some qualifications and work towards a workshop fitter should they want to progress.

Apprentice £6.5 a hour
To be starting in September and going to collage in York on block release.
Must be willing to be away from home Monday to Thursday whilst at collage.

Depot Pdi tech - £30k
Working at various locations where required, must have a driving licence and be willing to travel.

All above positions come with the normal benefits and overtime is paid in line with wage anything over 39hours.

Based in MIddlebrough however we travel nationally.

The hire fleet is forever growing.

2x Ford transits with versalift 13m unit fitted
1x Nissan cab star with 20m cte fitted
1 x ford flatbed with tail lift (tm spec)
1x Mercedes xclass (tm spec)
1 x 23m Hinowa spider
1 x 18m Teupen spider

The 4x4 was Trevor’s company vehicle till Tuesday when we got the call requesting one, quick change of clothes for the xclass she’s now TM spec at 350bhp automatic I’m sure they will be happy (Trevor’s now In a little New Ford connect with 105bhp 😬)

Michael and James are working nights up on the A1 supplying onsite cover from 7pm to 7am this evening and for the next four weeks.

Full stretch for the 23m spider today on eco mode !

When a customer calls to ask for a machine operated to remove a piece of lead urgently due to the high winds we reacted quickly.

They asked for a 20m and that’s what we sent however this was not the correct machine diverted Trevor who had finished another job with the 23m spider to ensure the job was completed.

Workshop labourer -working in a busy workshop helping out and keeping the yard and workshop tidy and safe (over 25 for insurance reasons)

Thanks to Trevor Williamson for doing some operated hire this morning.

As you can see from the photo the Hinowa 23m has an awesome outreach restricted weight at 12m not much that can compete in that at just over 3t !

Currently needing two access platforms one articulated and one straight stick.

They need to be to be able to reach a loler standard but cheap enough to throw into a shot blast shed so nothing with ropes either please.
