Last minute Cancellations
Can I just remind customers I have a 48 hour cancellation policy if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. The payment for the groom will still stand due to this being my full-time job and not just a hobby.. I cannot afford to lose money, and I would struggle to fill the appointment at such short notice. I know events come up and things happen but also you have to consider being self-employed. I don’t get sick pay or holidays unless I work. I respect and value my long-term customers, so hopefully everyone will understand my situation and I won’t need to post this again.
