Yesterday, I met Buddy 😍 An unforgettable young man, with the shiniest coat I've ever seen in my life ✨️ I couldn't believe it was his first trip to the groomers, he was on his best behaviour and an absolute gentleman, despite still being a puppy! Brave boy Buddy 🏅🙌🐾

The lovely Darcy and her daughter Penny visited for the first time yesterday 😍 Darcy isn't a fan of the grooming process, but she definitely came to the right place! I talked her through it all and used every trick in the book to keep her calm 😌 and it was so rewarding to watch her leave with her tail held high, well done Darcy! Penny could've been mistaken for an Ewok when she first trotted in 😂 but she had herself a puppy groom to gently get used to everything, and she was such a brave girl 🏅

Bilbo ✨️ Would you believe this guy is 19 years old?! He was an absolute gentleman and was much lighter after his de shedding treatment! We took lots of breaks so he could rest his legs and made sure there were plenty of snacks 😉
