I just want to start off by thanking every single one of you for supporting my new business so far since opening back in December last year.
Unfortunately, with cancellations being made on the day of arrival I will now be asking for full payment either on booking or a minimum of 4 days before hand. Cancellations at less than 48hrs notice will still need to make payment in full, as this is not enough time for me to fill your space. And as I’m sure you can all appreciate especially through the school holidays it is in more of a depend to the point I am turning people away as I am lead to believe I am at my full capacity.
