Jonti's K9 Companions Jonti’sk9companions offers behaviour modification, private pup training and puppy classes Hello! My name is Jonti. It's extremely exciting!

I have been walking dogs regularly for 7 years, on an unprofessional basis for friends and family. I have walked a range of dogs from big to small, calm to high energy and nervous to confident. I have a huge love of both dogs and walking, so I have decided to combine my passions and set up my own business. I've wanted to do this for a long time! As a dog owner myself, I appreciate the idea of entr

usting your dog to someone unfamiliar is daunting. I insist on a personal introduction so we can have an informal chat and to establish a relationship that will work well for your dog(s), you and me. Do not worry if you feel nervous about any issues you may have faced already with your dog, I have walked dogs with different mindsets and needs so am happy to talk through these when we meet. On a personal level, I have been through a real journey with my own dog, who in his early years displayed aggressive and unmanageable behaviour. I made it my mission to understand him and to change my own mindset having researched the affects that human body language can have on our dogs. We both now enjoy lots of happy carefree walks with no boundaries! Its a lovely place to be! Information you should know:

* I am a qualified dog first aider
* CRB checked
* Fully insured

Things I need you to do:

* Ensure your dog has a collar with an ID tag
* Disclose all health and/or behavioural issues
* Fully complete any required paperwork

Lovely session with this sweet rescue girl, her new parents & Staffie and Stray Rescue. She’s doing really well settling in but is extremely nervous of her adopters walking stick and tends to run away. Here’s the start of building her confidence with the movement of the stick. She smashed it! 💜.

Lovely session with this sweet handsome boy. Amongst other things we started place training. Which can eventually be used when he goes to work with his mum. He loved training 💙

Lovely session yesterday helping these 2 get acclimatised to one another. The dog is anxious of other dogs, but there is a new puppy in the family! Lots of foundation work going into building a successful relationship. 💙💙😀

Lovely recent session with this pooch, lead walking was a bit stressful with lots of pulling, so we starting by calming the walk down and adding positive engagement 💜
