Hi everyone,
I am now taking bookings for the beginning of next year and the online booking is up and running.
If you would like to get booked in please let me know an I can either send you the link to get online booking set up for yourselves, or you can still book by messaging me.
If you haven't filled out a form for your pets yet, please do otherwise I will not be able to create you an appointment from next year.
I am only booking up to 120 days in advance, so at the moment you will only be able to book up until the middle of Feb.
Any bookings made from 2026 will require a deposit.

✨ Important Update for 2026 Bookings ✨

From next year, my booking system will be running a little differently:

🐾 I’ll be taking bookings up to 4 months in advance. For example, from October you’ll be able to book through to the beginning of Feb.

🐾 Any appointments made for January onwards, will require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be taken off your pup’s grooming price on the day of their pamper.

🐾 If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment as long as I have at least **72 hours notice**.

🐾 Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours notice will mean the deposit is lost, and a new one will be required to rebook.

📩 I’m also changing to a new booking software! I’ll be sending out updated form links soon — if you could kindly fill them out as soon as possible, I’d really appreciate it.

🌡🌞🌡 We're going to say it ONE MORE TIME as the temperature soars again - NO DOG DIED FROM NOT GOING FOR A WALK... 🌡🌞🌡

Here at Willow Vets we have heard from many clients over the last few weeks who, out of concern, have confronted owners of dogs out for a walk when the temperature was far too high. Answers have ranged from 'they always go out at this time' to 'they (the dog) wanted to go for a walk to 'this is the only time I could take them out'!!! 😱😱😱

NONE OF THESE ARE A GOOD ENOUGH REASON TO RISK YOUR DOG'S LIFE!!!!

So we say again - if you are in any doubt that the temperature is too high to safely walk your dog DO NOT TAKE THEM OUT - they may be cross about it but we'd much rather you have a grumpy-but-alive furbaby than a dead one 😢😢😢
