✨ A quick reminder about booking appointments! ✨

All grooming appointments now require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your slot and helps prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Appointments can be made up to 4 months in advance, which keeps things fair and manageable for everyone (and means no one’s booking too far ahead or missing out).

The new system helps me stay organised, keeps the diary running smoothly, and ensures every client gets the same fair chance at their preferred slot.

I completely understand it’s a change from how things used to be, and I really appreciate everyone’s support and understanding while everything settles in. 🐾💖

Hi everyone,
I am now taking bookings for the beginning of next year and the online booking is up and running.
If you would like to get booked in please let me know an I can either send you the link to get online booking set up for yourselves, or you can still book by messaging me.
If you haven't filled out a form for your pets yet, please do otherwise I will not be able to create you an appointment from next year.
I am only booking up to 120 days in advance, so at the moment you will only be able to book up until the middle of Feb.
Any bookings made from 2026 will require a deposit.

✨ Important Update for 2026 Bookings ✨

From next year, my booking system will be running a little differently:

🐾 I’ll be taking bookings up to 4 months in advance. For example, from October you’ll be able to book through to the beginning of Feb.

🐾 Any appointments made for January onwards, will require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be taken off your pup’s grooming price on the day of their pamper.

🐾 If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment as long as I have at least **72 hours notice**.

🐾 Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours notice will mean the deposit is lost, and a new one will be required to rebook.

📩 I’m also changing to a new booking software! I’ll be sending out updated form links soon — if you could kindly fill them out as soon as possible, I’d really appreciate it.
