🐾IMPORTANT PLEASE READ🐾

Hi everyone ,
Lately I have had an influx in clients not showing up to their appointments, as well as cancelling their appointments with less than two days notice.
Because of this the business has lost a lot of money, I rely on customers showing up to their appointments, as just like everyone else it pays the bills and keeps the business going.

I just wanted to remind everyone there is a fee for no shows and late cancellations.

If you fail to show up to your appointment there is a 100% charge of the grooming price.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or less of your appointment there is a 50% charge and if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of less of your appointment there is a 100% charge.

All of these payments would need to be paid in full before your next appointment.

Thankyou so much to all of my amazing clients, that’s to both furry friends , and their humans for all your support this year, and thankyou so much for all your gifts, tips and kindness.

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas , and I can’t wait to see you all in the new year to carry on giving all your doggies their pampers.
