I've had a few customers lately upset that I am not able to fit them in for a groom within a couple of days.

Decent groomers get booked up well in advance, this shows that you need to keep your dog on a regular schedule especially if you want to stick to one person grooming your dog 😊

Some desensitisation for Miss Dora. Her very first puppy groom was a big fight, lots of crying from her, but being consistent with being on a schedule of 6 weekly appointments and me being the only groomer she's seen has resulted in her trusting me 🥰 I have no doubt that she will be perfectly fine having her first haircut in 6 weeks time 🥰💕
