Spirulina balls help your shrimp moult and strengthens their shell.

Honestly these little critters have stolen our hearts 💕 The beautiful Panther Crab 😍
These little critters are just mind blowing to watch , love wood , catappa leaves and plenty of hidey holes and they are happy little crabbier’s .

These beauties have settled in beautifully and we couldn’t be happier with their progress and growth .

Please remember these guys and girls can get up to 90cm and require a large well filtered pond.

For all you outdoor fishkeepers, now is a great time to start algae control measures. If you use a holistic algae controller such as barley straw or phosphate remover, consider adding these now before your algae start to grow. The early season lag to plant growth means that blanket w**d and green water can steal a march before the competition starts in earnest.

Green water/algae is often caused by over feeding and fish waste, it is unsightly and can be dangerous as it may alter the pH and oxygen levels. It can also harm your plants.

The koi have arrived from our harlsetone store and are settling in nicely.
These will be available in a few months when the weather has cheered up 🌞 .
why not pop in and have a look at the little beauty’s , remembering that these guys can grow up to 90cm so require a decent sized pond and filtration .

All types of wood here at woburn sands from spider wood in different sizes to honeycomb wood , wood in the home aquaria is perfect for plecos and create a stunning tannings .
They may float a while , so you can either presoak or allow it to float until it fully soaked through .

When stocking aquariums with rocks and large heavy decorative objects, always consider placing egg crate underneath your gravel to give extra stability and help spread the weight of heavy rock works . The slightest knock could cause your beautiful rock work to fall smashing the floor of your aquariums 😞 with egg crate you significantly reduce the risk.
