We offer a first class service in pet transportation treating your pet as we would our own, with our focus always on their comfort, welfare & safety. We are fully insured to transport animals & are Animal & Plant Health Agency (APHA) approved to courier animals across the UK. All journeys are undertaken in our Volvo Estate XC70. We NEVER transport animals in a van. Our car has air conditioning & c

limate control so we can maintain a constant temperature. Every journey has a dedicated driver working alongside an animal care assistant who will attend to your pet throughout. Your pet will NEVER be left unattended. We provide suitable carriers & crates. All these are cleaned with a petsafe, high level disinfectant cleaner after every use,

We always carry fresh water, heat pads, cool pads/pods puppy mats & spare bedding, for your pet's comfort. We only ever carry pets from one household at any time. If you need more information, have any questions or would like a no obligation quote please do not hesitate to contact us.

Meet Coco & Tigger, both Caique Parrots. These beauties recently lost their Mum, so travelled with us today from Leicestershire to Hampshire, to their The Cinnamon Trust home. We are very used to handling & safely transporting birds & transferred Coco & Tigger from their cages into our divided travel carrier for their journey. They travelled calmly & quietly & once we'd set their cages up for them in their new home, we popped them back into their familiar environment.

Little Bluebell slept comfortably for all her journey & arrived to her The Cinnamon Trust family in a calm & confident mood. Her lovely new Mum has messaged us to say she is settling beautifully, has explored the garden, eaten her tea & has relaxed on the sofa with her new family, to watch TV.

That's the All Done way, pets transported safely in our car, with genuine love, care & compassion, so they have a positive journey & arrive to their destination feeling calm & happy 💜🐾🐾💜

We've been caring for Crocus & Henny Penny for the last two weeks. They're both bantam hens & 14 years old. We are experienced hen keepers & know that older hens, especially, are prone to laying issues, such as prolapse, soft shell or shell-less eggs, internal laying & egg peritonitis. Hens are very good at hiding their ailments so it is important to observe their behaviours & general condition closely. Crocus still lays but her eggs are large for a bantam so she has a higher risk of prolapse, while Henny Penny has laid soft shell "fairy" eggs (see photo) so she must be observed for any signs of retained egg. We check both ladies very carefully each day, including their vents & crops & ensure we spend time observing them closely. Early intervention is always key with hen health. Crocus & Henny Penny have remained well & happy in our care.

We love hens. They are affectionate & friendly & far more intelligent than many realise & we are always happy to hear from people who are looking for hen sitters in Milton Keynes & surrounding areas 🐔💜

Back caring for Crocus & Henny Penny this week. These friendly, beautiful, bantam girls are 14 years old & we have been providing holiday care for them for over five years now. They live an amazing life in the Buckinghamshire countryside with everything a chook could wish for & more & we love our visits to them ❤

Meet our little travel companion for today, an 11 week old Cavalier. He is from one of our favourite breeders, a genuinely caring & responsible breeder who raises healthy pups from healthy, tested, loved parents.

When we transport a pup, with the exception of short vet visits, we are responsible for their first lengthy car journey. It is so important that they have a positive experience during their journey & we ensure that happens.

Barney has such a beautiful face ♥️🐾🐾♥️ Last week he became unwell with urinary tract issues & needed veterinary care. When we are caring for any pet we always observe them closely for behavioural changes or symptoms that may indicate ill health & react quickly if we have any concerns. In male cats especially, urinary issues can quickly become a medical emergency so it is very important to notice the signs.

Barney had treatment & as you can see is feeling so much better now 💙

Last week we had the pleasure of transporting Ava, a wire haired fox Terrier, to the vet, with her Mum. Ava's vet is 40 minutes from MK but her Mum trusts & has a rapport with her vet. We picked them up, arrived at the vet in plenty of time for Ava's appointment, waited, then took Ava & her Mum home.

Just a reminder for pet owners in MK & surrounding villages that we can provide compassionate, caring & professional transport for your cat or dog to & from vets, boarding kennels, hydrotherapy, dog training, enclosed fields etc. You can travel with them or we can take them to their appointments for you. Fully insured. APHA Approved.

Our favourite photos from pet sitting over the past couple of weeks 💞🐾🐾💞 We've had a tricky time recently, because our Volvo was poorly & it took several attempts to diagnose & fully repair her. So we rented & borrowed cars & when possible walked, to ensure we fully met our pet sitting & pet transport commitments.

Our faithful Volvo developed a minor fault over the weekend. We maintain our car to the highest standards & will not carry out pet transports unless our vehicle is 100%. We are awaiting for the parts to arrive before the repair will be complete. We would like to give special thanks to our son who has been so generous with allowing us the use of his car to fulfill our transport commitments. Hopefully our car will be repaired & ready to collect by Friday, late afternoon & normal service will be resumed.

Our Alfie had a dental today 💙 🐾🐾💙 We knew he was in the very safest & most caring of hands with everyone at Jed and Friends' Veterinary Surgery. They really have wrapped their compassionate arms around our pet family & we are so thankful to have them.

It is with the heaviest of hearts we have to tell you that our beautiful The Cinnamon Trust Penny said her forever goodbye to us today. She died very suddenly at home, but with us beside her, comforting her Our sweet Penny came into our lives just 46 days ago, a scared, sad little girl who was rescued from awful circumstances. With nothing but love & care from us she quickly blossomed & allowed us to get to know the real Penny, a loving, gentle, playful & funny lady, who trusted us. 46 does not seem enough time to have been able to love her & show her kindness but in those days she became very much part of the family, getting to know all our other rescue cats & exploring her home at her own pace. Only two nights ago she chose to visit us when we were in bed & lay for a time on our bedroom floor. In that moment it very much felt like she had decided she wanted to own us & for us to be her people. Such a very short time, but oh my goodness how that little girl crept her way deep into our hearts. We are heart broken that she has gone & we did not have more time with her, to love her & cherish her. Penny pie our darling girl, rest well now. Thank you for all of those days, for your trust & affection, for showing us your playful side & for slotting in so perfectly into our family. We were able to love for such a short time but you will remain in our hearts & memories for always. Our heartfelt thanks to The Cinnamon Trust especially Debbie, for entrusting Penny into our care & for all the love & support you gave her. To all our page followers thank you for embracing Penny's story with so much kindness. In the short time she had with us she knew so much love & kindness from you all. Fly high Penny & may you now find your Daddy who loved you so very much. We feel your loss so deeply & painfully but feel honoured to have loved you. Night night precious girl. 💔🐾🐾💜🐾🐾💔

No time spent picking up or dropping off other pets along the way. By providing a dedicated chauffeur pet service, with a timed collection & delivery, directly to the client we are able to ensure the very best care & welfare of every pet we work with, minimising stress & keeping journey times to the absolute minimum.

All journeys are undertaken in our Volvo Estate XC70 and are dedicated to your pet. We are both non smokers and this is a non smoking vehicle. We only ever drive from collection to delivery.

We are a married couple who always work together, so we guarantee that your pet will receive the best of care at all times and will NEVER be left unattended at any time.

We are fully insured to transport animals & have Animal & Plant Health Agency (APHA) Animal Transporter Authorisation Type 2. Valid on UK journeys up to 12 hours.
