My faithful sidekick for the last 15 years.
I’m heartbroken to share that on Friday we said goodbye to one of the longest serving members of the pet shop family, my best friend.

Esme has been a huge part of all of our lives for so long and we loved her so very much.

***Fireworks Display***

Just a gentle reminder that tomorrow (New Year’s Day) Butlins will be hosting fireworks display on resort.

The displays will be at 7pm (New Years Day) and will last around 10 minutes.

This is just a gentle notice for all those with younger children, pets etc within the local area.

** ANNOUNCEMENT**
St Giles Animal Welfare is a new non-for-profit organisation set up by Jack Linnell and Sarah Bernasconi to facilitate the rescue, rehoming and rehabilitation of stray and unwanted dogs and cats in Somerset and surrounding areas. The Linnell family have been involved with St Giles Animal Centre for over 14 years and successfully rehomed over 3000 animals in this time. The organisation is forever growing and evolving to keep up with modern times, to offer additional support where needed. For the past year we have been successfully running a pet foodbank for the local community and an education project working with local schools and colleges to provide husbandry skills and knowledge to the next generation. Moving forward the team at St Giles Animal Welfare will be taking over all community projects and expanding with new ideas to be launched in 2024, watch this space!

We are really excited for the future and hope our followers will continue their amazing support. Your loyalty has always been the bedrock of our successes. We all do this because we love animals and believe they deserve a second chance at a better life.
