Brian got a big boy haircut today!
The puppy floof is adorable but it is impractical for his wet and muddy walks.
His owner requested a short clip all over that she could manage easily with no poodle pom-poms!

I got to meet and have a play with this beautiful girl today. Walks will be much less hassle now she has less floof to get wet, muddy and tangled ☺️ now we can really see her colouring too.

This delightful little chap came in for a trim this morning. The sunshine seems to have left us but it’s still very warm -hopefully he’s feeling much cooler now with a shot haircut…and he can see again 👀

Another hot day for hairy doggies and I had this gorgeous lady in for a clip.
She wasn’t keen on the hairdryer so I let the sunshine do the drying for me today rather than cause unnecessary stress. Hopefully she feels cooler now in this mini heatwave we’re having! ☀️ 🐶 ✂️

A tidy up today for this girl after a half clip at another groomers (as she suffers with overheating) left her looking like a bit of a lion with a mane and a huge wedge and difference in length. Now all blended down from the back of her head!

My worst customer by far! My own spaniel! Thankfully he will do anything for a ball 🎾
He’s been hot and I’ve been fed up of the wet fur after his swims and the sand he brought home in his ‘overdue a cut’ coat.
So he’s had a full pamper this evening and I took him down super super short so it will last! The spaniel ears had to stay!

So many bookings for hot dogs recently -
I still have spaces over the next few weeks if anyone is looking to get their pooch clipped for the warmer weather ☀️

Summer Holidays approach and sometimes we need to go away without a 4 legged friends but want to know they’re in safe hands.

Puppy Fluff. I hate removing it but what we want our furry friends to look like sometimes isn’t practical for ours or their lifestyle, especially round Exmoor. So a short clip and total transformation happen.
We 100% prefer the fluff but any wet weather and mud won’t be an issue for this little one or owner anymore
