A change in season causes some dogs to shed their coat and dogs that seasonally shed their coat can struggle to shed it as their coats are naturally greasy. This build up causes the fur to grip and not fallout. Your dog may feel clumpy. This beautiful girl is regularly groomed every month as her owner loves her to look her best and it is clear from the video that her coat has seasonally changed and she had a lot of undercoat that needed to be groomed out.

I am able to facilitate essential grooming services safely during lockdown adhering to Covid safety protocol and use of PPE.
My gated veranda allows clients to drop off and pick up their dogs safely, removing collar and lead, without having to enter my salon.

What does a self employed person do with their 'time off' ? They work just as hard if not harder!
I have used my time today to catch up on jobs that I never find time to do and to prepare for working during Lockdown.
For those that are not familiar with me or my premises I have put together a little showcase video of where I work to show my excellent, modern facilities and that I am able to work safely during Covid and Lockdown by the use of PPE and the use of my gated veranda.
When clients arrive they need to go to the far left of my veranda. I will close the gate. The client can then remove collar and lead. I will call their dog into my salon and will secure their dog behind my inner gate. I will open the veranda gate for the client and they can leave. Pick up will be the same only in that I will use Leucillin spray on their dog before return to the client. The client will put on their collar and lead and leave. Payment can be by bacs transfer, sterile card reader or cash.
About me.
I am a positive force free trainer and apply this ethos when grooming. I offer a bespoke service of working 1 :1 with a client's dog. I do not have other dogs at your apointment time. Dogs have full run of my salon and are not crated. I do have crates for safety reasons if needed but have never used them. I have just completed my second year of study through the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. I have Level 2 Canine First Aid and am fully insured.

Is your dog holding coat that needs to de shed?
If your dog has a double coat or naturally greasy coat, such as a Labrador, or is dirty, the coat cannot naturally de shed and leaves the coat feeling clumpy and your dog can soon feel overheated in hot weather.
I can give your dog a deep cleanse (2 x shampoo), deep conditioner and leave in coat enhancer that will help to rid your dog of unwanted coat. They will be left clean, silky and smelling wonderful.

Does NOT include clipping or styling
The video shows coat removed from an adult Labrador who's coat was clumpy and showing different colours.
He left looking, feeling and smelling gorgeous.
