Her Mum and Dad have been working hard with Gertie these last couple of weeks and hard work pays off.
She is one happy pup, now off lead playing with all her pals. But mainly Ziggy. They are best mates. Always and forever 🤣💙

Well we had the best morning.
Myself and four pups headed over to Langsett Reservoir. I have never been before but when I asked myself where I should go this morning, that is where I was told.
So we loaded up and headed out. Boy was it a good decision.
The dogs absolutely loved it. Lots of woodland to explore together and such beautiful scenery.
We only followed the path half way round today but I spoke to some fellow walkers who told me to make sure I complete the entire route round as the views from up top are stunning.

Lori just loves scouting ahead. Exploring every bit of the area to see who or what is coming up next.
We ran through the woods together following Lori with Tetley jumping over all the big logs infront of me. He looked so cute 💙
Mia of course went in the water at the earliest opportunity..
I just love getting out on adventures like these as much as I can.
The forest is the best place to be, so nurturing, grounding and special.
All the pups agree.

Lunna and I love our solo walks. Being a rescue greyhound Lunna has to be kept on lead as the owners are unsure of her history.
We always try to mix up the walks with our solo walkers. Today Lunna and I went for a little stroll in the woods together.
Lunna kept stopping and listening to the birds singing, trying to see where they were.
We had a lovely peaceful walk. Just how Lunna likes it (and me) 🤣.
In the next few weeks we will be taking Lunna to a dog park so we can let her off lead and run free.

Minnie (my niece pup) didnt like the dog park much. Shes a lady. Sitting on the bench next to Paul for the hour was much more up her street.

I went to see my old friend Poppy and her new sister Maisie the Norfolk terriers.
They are going to be walking with me for the next week. Yipppeeee.
Bosun has been playing out today. In the water of course, being a Lab. The wetter the better!
Tetley, Buddy, Nelly, Molly, Fred, Ziggy and Mia all enjoyed their time out in the rain.

This is beautiful boy Andi.
Andi joined the pack about 6 weeks ago now and is just finding his feet.
Andis owners sent me this video tonight of them playing my voice to him.
Its just so sweet the way he moves his head from side to side 😭💙

There is always a race on when Andi is around.
To be fair its never much of a race 🤣
Those long legs, lean muscular physique. A pure power house.
Its always such an honour to watch any breed doing what they were built for.
With a Greyhound, its most definitely speed.

This is my little boy Kit. Kit is 5 and has Autism. Kit has had such a great time helping me this week.
I remember having jobs in the past where I have struggled having children in the holidays. Not any more!
Kit thrives outside and with animals. They are his peace. Just like his Mama!

This morning I was out walking Stanley, Mia and Ziggy. I sat down in the snow to admire how beautiful it was.
I love looking at the individual snowflakes.
Whilst doing this Stanley decided it would be a good idea to steal my hat 🤣🤣
