I am so happy and excited to announce the big news....

I am moving premises in Mold (sadly I can't show you the inside due to the workmen being in there so I'm sorry about that). Don't worry everyone I'm not moving far, I'm only going round the corner. I will now be able to work later and the days I want so I have decided I will be working 9-7 Monday-Saturday then Sunday 10.30-4.30.

I will be in touch with everyone to give you the new address. From 25th September all appointments will be at the new premises. We have some exciting things happening soon, which again I can't wait to tell you all about. I look forward to seeing you all at the new premises and also I would like to thank you all as without you all supporting me I wouldn't be able to do this.

Today we had the very sweet AJ the French Bulldog who came in for his Puppy Introduction. He was so good and brave. Well done AJ!

Well yes its that time of year again!! Sorry bit earlier than usual I'm afraid. It's time to think about the C word.
Yes you guessed it, Christmas! Yes I know it's only August but for most of you it is only a couple of appointments away. We have quite a few bookings already and filling up fast. I am happy with the non refundable deposits being paid for straight away or anytime up until two days before the appointment so please book your Christmas appointment asap to avoid disappointment.

Today we had the gorgeous Hope the Goldador who came in for her first Puppy Introduction. She did so well and was very brave. Well done Hope!

Today we had a very special guest in the salon. This is the lovely Barlow the Goldendoodle who is from Guide Dogs. He came in for his Puppy Introduction. We had lots of big cuddles and kisses. He is a very sweet boy and was so good, well done Barlow

Sadly the gorgeous Nugget crossed the doggy rainbow bridge today 🌈🪽 I am so glad I got to groom her one last time yesterday. She is such a special girl and I will miss her so much 🐾🐶

Yesterday Layla had her first Mud Bath. She loved every minute of the it and she looked so shiny and you certainly noticed the difference with the moulting once she was finished

Did you know it is law to get your dog microchipped and if your dog isn't microchipped you can get a fine up to £500? We have some good news for you to prevent this from happening, we offer a microchipping service. Please feel free to contact us or book online if would like to use this service.

Hi all,

I would like to thank everyone for their kind words, support and understanding after what happened on Monday. It is very much appreciated.

Just to let everyone know I will be returning to work on Saturday. It might take me a bit longer with grooming your dog than normal due to me still recovering from my injury. Can I ask everybody to please bear with me and I do apologise if this is the case.

Yesterday Frankie had his first Mud Bath. He enjoyed it so much! Lots of undercoat came out of him which he now has a smooth and shiny looking coat

Do you need a dog behaviourist? We highly recommend Anna, she is currently working with our Ziggy and Odie 🐾🐶

A sunny morning in the park with Odie.

Odie’s brother is fearful of other dogs and this causes him to bark when they come near. Odie has now started to pick up on this behaviour and will bark himself at dogs and people.

Today we took him out by himself, to help him remember that dogs and people are positive things in his environment and to set him up to be calm on walks with his brother.

We’re also working with his brother, Ziggy, to reduce his fear of dogs so that everyone can have happy walks together again.

When we’re dealing with two dogs on a walk barking, we always start by talking them out separately to address the cause of the problem in each of them. This way, when we bring them back together we’re setting them up to be successful.
