🐶 Update - Price Adjustment 🐶

Due to the ever increasing costs of running my business, there will be a price increase as of 1st April.

I love my job and have held off making this decision for as long as possible. However, in order to continue providing a bespoke, relaxed, 1:1 service using premium products I need to keep up to date with the large cost increases to my electricity / utilities, sharpening, insurances, products and other services.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE

Due to the current economic situation there will be an unavoidable small price increase from 1st December 2022.

This is due to the huge increases in my running costs. I’m hoping this is somewhat anticipated and won’t therefore come as too much of a surprise.

🐾 Pricing - from 1st December 🐾

I appreciate these are difficult times for everybody, however, due to an increase in my running costs I will be implementing a small price increase from 1st December.

This will allow me to continue running my business to the high standards I strive for, as a relaxed one-to-one, using high quality products and equipment whilst running my business as a place that I would be happy to leave my own dog in.

I will let everyone know ahead of their next groom (within your reminder text) what their new price will be. If anyone is unsure how this will effect them please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT

As you will be aware, the Prime Minister has announced that from 19th July the mandatory mask wearing requirement and other COVID-19 infection control measures will be scrapped and that the Government will invite us to use our own judgement and common sense.

I have decided to remain cautious and continue to operate with my existing COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing, for the foreseeable future. This means all hand overs and payments will continue in the garden, contactless, with no customers entering my grooming room. This process has been working really well and it will continue to help offer protection to my customers and myself for a bit longer, given the rising number of infections.

Thankyou to all my lovely customers for your support and understanding over the last year and a half, it’s massively appreciated 😊
