First full day of my month long dog sit with Chooie!

He was very determined to carry this around with him for the whole walk but was not happy with me when I wouldn’t let him bring it in the car to take home!!

Chooie likes to collect sticks on his walks and leave a nice pile by the door for his owners when they return🤣

Chester is one of my regluar weekly pups but I have the pleasure of looking after him this weekend! Chester is a nervous boy who can be very scared of the world outside of his garden of protection ⚔️ so walks can be daunting for him. With some encouragement, treats and the nice weather we had a nice walk around the village and orchards!

For anyone that didn’t know, like me, beagles are still being bred in the UK for scientific research for cosmetics. Please sign this petition to help end animal testing. Every signature counts!!

As a first step to end animal testing, we want an immediate ban for dogs. They are commercially bred in what we see as bleak and inhumane factory-like conditions. We believe there is evidence suggesting that dogs are left being unattended for extended periods in a Government-licenced establishment.

Coming to the end of my week long sit with the lovely Ralph

Ralph had to have an operation on his elbow 2 weeks ago and is on 6 weeks bed rest with no walks and no playing😔 it’s hard to say no to those puppy dog eyes, if only you could explain to them💛
