We have caught site of a dog wandering onto our premises, when trying to catch, the dog ran off.
Footage attached!
We went out to try locate it but we have had no luck!!

This is Doug!

He is a youngish, intact male rottweiler.
Through no fault of his own, he has found himself boarding with us since April.
He is now ready to find his forever home.
We are looking for someone with experience of the rottweiler breed.
He is generally okay with other bi***es however we would not want him going to a home with another male dog.
He seems to be okay with children however we would prefer for him to go to a family of older children or non at all.
Doug is very strong when He wants to be so someone with a firm hand is essential.
He is an excitable lovely big dog and would make a great companion for the right person.

We are only interested in those of you with direct experience and anyone else will only be wasting their own time.

Please see attached photos! We have no information on how old these dogs are, we can only guess! We also are unsure how these dogs are with kids/cats/if they are house trained ect.
They were handed it suddenly after owners passing.

We have a few small dogs up for rehoming.

⚠️Weekend and Holiday workers required.⚠️(Zero hour contract)
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS!!
Minimum age requirement – 16
As we are approaching our busy period, we are looking for extra hands.
Main duties include: -
Feeding dogs
Washing dogs
Cleaning kennels
Walking all breeds of dogs (small and X large)
Poo picking large grassy areas.
Essential skills: -
Confident around all breeds of dogs
Basic knowledge and understanding of caring for dogs
Ability to work well within a team and on their own
Decent level of fitness
Good customer service skills.

We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas from everyone at The Moorie!
We are here as always working our usual hours (Christmas day being the exception where we will close the office at 12 noon.)
We want to thank you all for your continued support and custom, particularly Madge who has been spreading Christmas cheer through the kennels with her little antlers She brought in with her! 🐶😍🥰

Important customer notice
As of 1st December, our boarding prices will be increasing.
1 dog £20 p/night
2 dogs sharing £33 p/night
3 dogs sharing £40 p/night
4 dogs sharing £53 p/night.
Please note, we will now be charging an extra £1 per dog per night if dogs are on raw food.
These rates will apply to all existing bookings.

⚠️Job Opportunity⚠️

We are currently looking for a 'handy person' to join our team. They MUST be hardworking and reliable.
It's a 40 hour a week contract over 5 days, with the opportunity to work overtime when busy. Salary negotiable for the right person.
Duties would include:
-Heavy lifting
-General labour
-Cleaning kennels
-Poo picking large grassy areas

Now that the summer school holidays are over, we want to say a big thank you to all of our lovely customers, old and new. We appreciate everyone's support and we love caring for everyone's furry friends. 🐶

There has been beds, blankets and some toys left over, which we will keep for an other couple of weeks however if they are not collected, we will donate them to doggy's in need. 🐾

We would also just like to remind you that the October holidays are booking up fast so to avoid disappointment, please book in soon! 😁
