I've been receiving some lovely photos over the last few days of Christmas commissions I couldn't share with you at the time.
So tonight I thought I would start with the first one and another first for me 😍. The customer wanted a present for her partner whose nickname is 'Bear' 😁. I was very excited! 🤩. She wanted a bear with brawn but with a softer side. So I thought a Grizzly bear would make the perfect subject matter 🥰
Well I can't believe that's the last of this year's Bo Faux creations!!!
However what a little cutie to finish with 😍. Meet the other half to my Pug commission.

I eventually finished Pug 😍.
She has been a little pest to make but I have also learned a lot through the process and this will help me in the future. So definitely worth all the effort 🥰.
I also gave her a little characterful tilt of the head 😍.
One more Christmas commission to make now before I shut shop for the festivities 🎄🎅.
Things have been very busy in the studio of late and even more exciting! With more critters that i've never made before until now 😍. However I can't share with you until after Christmas.
In the meantime I can share my little visitors who kept me company today 😍🥰
The beautiful Finley the Lurcher is now finished and ready to go to his new forever home 🥰.
Well Bernaue my first ever fictional piece is now completely finished and ready to go to their new home 😍.
Bernaue the dragon is the outcome from a charity commission I donated earlier this year to raise funds for the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust at a charity convention. And I must say i've had a blast! I could let my creative mind go into overdrive 😍. Fantastic!

Well I am finally organised for this year's North East Open Studios (NEOS) and it's only day 2! Amazing! 😂
I was supposed to be making a little video yesterday for you all to see however the day didn't turn out quite how I expected, which is normal 😆
Well it's day 2 and here is a wee video for you. Take note this will be the tidiest my studio will ever be so I would come now while you still have room to move around 😅.

Gregor the Roe deer stag is now finished and ready to meet this years North East Open Studios (NEOS) visitors 🥰.
I finished his ears yesterday and today I spent the morning tidying, refining and adding the finer details.
I hope you've enjoyed seeing him come to life as much as i've enjoyed creating him 🥰.
North East Open Studios begins Saturday 7th September to Sunday 15th September. I hope to see you during the event at The Crab House, Johnshaven.

He's finished!!! 😍
I spent the day tidying Ram-Bo up and hand painting the fine details on his face. I am so happy with him. He has really come to life.
I had to bring him down to the house and the room I am using for this year's North East Open Studios (NEOS) as he is too big to display in my studio. At least I get to enjoy him now for a few weeks 😆🥰❤️
