❗️❗️cancellation policy ❗️❗️

Unfortunately due to recent no shows and late cancellations as within an hour of appointment, I'm now having to introduce a cancellation policy.

Cancellations
Whilst I understand sometimes appointments have to be cancelled due to emergencies, I kindly ask that you can give me at least 24 hours notice where possible, as I do have a waiting list of clients.
I reserve the right to charge a fee of £15 for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, this will be payable prior to any future booking.

No shows
Full payment for missed appointment will be charged before any further appointments can be made.
As a small business no shows and missed appointments have a negative impact on me financially.

This will be effective immediately.
