IF YOU ARE A REGULAR REBOOK THIS DOESN'T AFFECT YOU ❤️

All appointments are now allocated to customers that rebook on every visit . If you are on a regular schedule and would like an extra one around Christmas please let me or the girls know when you come in . We close for the holidays on Tuesday 24th December and not back until the 3rd January. Please bare in mind when cancelling and rescheduling your appointments, there might be a wait until we can find you a slot . Everyone new to us that has visited in the last couple of months for an appointment is on a new client waiting list and I haven't forgotten about you but it's likely to be 2025 until you hear from us (we all need to grow more hands)
IF THERE IS ANY SLOTS TO FILL DUE TO CANCELLATIONS I WILL POST ON HERE.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THEIR FULL GROOMING FEE PLUS 1 BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT CAN BE RESCHEDULED ( Missed charge will be payable before your rescheduled appointment) IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL PLEASE ALLOW US 48 HOURS.
You may think it's too early to think about Christmas 🎄🎄🎄 but it's 14 weeks off (sorry)

Sir Michael Pugsalot and Mablethorpe Mcfluffypants have just come back from their VIP treatment day with Sam Barwick of Wagtails Pet supplies & Dog grooming. Mable and Mike are no longer a shaggy mess!

This upstanding citizen of Morecambe tried breaking into a few shops last night . He got chased off by someone up the road then came back later to try some more !! If you live on or around Yorkshire street make sure your cameras are working and you have a decent alarm system. He was on a bike and had a screwdriver. As you can see my door is very secure and he gave up in seconds.

Please can we remind clients we require 48 hours notice for cancellations. This gives us enough time to allocate an appointment to someone else . We have no availability for August and a list as long as my arm for people wanting earlier slots . Unfortunately we have already had 2 no show's this morning and people desperately needing an appointment that would of snapped our hands off !!
