I pulled this video up from TikTok this week. There are many from groomers, upset by the videos being shared as a 'New trend' . We as a whole do not or are on board with it. We want to let all our clients know that under no circumstances would this ever happen with any of your dogs in our care. I wouldn't even do it to my personal dogs! We hope like all trends it fades out and is forgotten with in a couple of months. We as groomers use the blaster on our faces sometimes to blow all the hair that is stuck from drying the dogs , using our hands to remove the hair from our faces just creates more hair . The only way I can describe it is being on a really fast roller coaster 🎒 with ultimate GForce.
So doing this to a dog is just a big no no !

Our amazing AnnaLee is currently in training and will this year qualify with her NVQ level 2. She's absolutely smashing all her assessments . It's not just grooming the dog it's how you handle your client and the safety measures you put in place with every groom. Each individual dog meets different criteria so their needs are all different. We groom a massive range of breeds and behaviours everyday, including some with long term medical conditions. A health assessment is carried out before the groom so we are aware of any changes , especially the older ones that come in with double the warts they did 8 weeks previous πŸ˜…

Please can you make sure you toilet your dogs before you bring them in. We are seeing an increase of dogs soiling inside the groom room , especially early morning appointments. Sometimes these accidents are unavoidable but some dogs are holding to the point of desperate and the outcome on our side is not pretty . My washing machine is on overdrive!! I don't want to get to the point where I have to introduce a soiling charge.

This upstanding citizen of Morecambe tried breaking into a few shops last night . He got chased off by someone up the road then came back later to try some more !! If you live on or around Yorkshire street make sure your cameras are working and you have a decent alarm system. He was on a bike and had a screwdriver. As you can see my door is very secure and he gave up in seconds. #Getaproperjob

And I thought I was the only one 🀣🀣 You heard it from a television source now !!! Don't knock it until you have tried it 😜😜
